Everyone loves a good frosting and how much better would it be made with cheese?! We have done just that with our Classic Fromage Blanc! It’s still our market off season, which means recipe experimentation and this one is a keeper. We swapped our food coloring for a scoop of beetroot powder giving it a little zing of berry flavor, complimenting the almond perfectly. It’s creamy, not too sweet & the perfect topping to any of your celebratory cakes!
