Inspired by the recipe by I am Homesteader, this amazing Watermelon Feta Salad is perfect for a hot, summery August day! 🙌

Salad
1/2 watermelon, cubed
1 1/4c cucumber, sliced
1/2c basil, chopped
1/2c mint, chopped
1/2c Laurel’s Crown Classic Feta, crumbled

Throw in a big bowl and gently toss!

Dressing
2T honey, warmed slightly for ease of mixing
2T Lime juice
1T olive oil
pinch of salt

Pour over your salad & chill! 🍉
